Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Catalogix.

Catalogix is a business-to-business (B2B) service only. It is not offered to consumers or for personal or household use. By using Catalogix for a business or organisation, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Catalogix

Catalogix helps retailers, wholesalers, importers and distributors process supplier product files, compare supplier updates, detect catalogue changes and export structured product data.

2. Eligibility and business use

Catalogix is provided only to businesses and organisations. You may use it only if authorised to act for a business or organisation. You are responsible for ensuring that you may upload and process your files, that your use complies with applicable law and contracts, and that you do not upload prohibited or sensitive personal data.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential, all activity under your account and accurate account information. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is misused or these Terms are violated.

4. Acceptable use

You may not upload customer, payment or sensitive personal data; use Catalogix unlawfully; interfere with service operation or security; attempt to access another customer’s data; or reverse engineer or misuse the platform beyond normal permitted use.

5. Output review and live use

Catalogix prepares files for review and controlled export. Outputs may require review and exports must be tested before live use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before importing them into webshops, ERPs, PIMs or internal databases.

6. Your data

You retain responsibility for files and business data you upload. You grant us the right to host, process, transform, store and export uploaded data as needed to operate and support the service. Catalogix is not a permanent storage system for original source files; keep your own copies.

7. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve Catalogix without an obligation to compensate you.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Fees

Applicable pricing and billing terms are presented when you select a plan.

10. Intellectual property

Catalogix and its software, content and branding are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant ownership of the service itself.

11. Disclaimer

Catalogix is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalogix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-interruption damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before live use.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, your use creates security, legal or operational risk, or your trial expires without an active paid plan. You may stop using the service and request deletion by contacting hello@catalogix.io.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
