Current service providers
Replit
replit.com
Purpose: Application hosting and runtime infrastructure
Data involved: Application data, uploaded files, and operational data needed to run the service
PostgreSQL infrastructure
Purpose: Application database storage (contractual owner confirmation pending)
Data involved: Account data, organisation data, supplier data, catalogue versions, product data, mappings, review items, feedback, and related records
Zoho Mail
zoho.com
Purpose: Business email and support communications when SMTP is enabled (conditional)
Data involved: Email correspondence and contact information
Stripe
stripe.com
Purpose: Billing and payment processing when billing is enabled (conditional)
Data involved: Billing details provided for a transaction; Stripe is not used until billing is enabled
Google Frontend (GAESA)
google.com
Purpose: Frontend delivery where enabled; contractual owner confirmation pending
Data involved: Requests needed to deliver the frontend; transfer and region details require contractual owner confirmation
