Trial and billing questions
What happens during the trial?+
You receive seven days with the complete core workflow, no credit card required, up to 1 active trial user, 2 active suppliers, 2,000 product rows per import and 3 uploads per supplier.
Is a credit card required?+
No credit card is required to start the seven-day trial.
How do we activate or change a plan?+
Choose a plan in Catalogix and submit a plan request. The Catalogix team handles activation and invoicing manually.
Are there automatic overage charges?+
No. There are no automatic overage charges. If you reach a limit, free up space or open Settings → Billing to choose a plan.
What happens to our data after a downgrade?+
Downgrading a plan does not delete your existing mappings or data. You will just be limited to the capacity of the new plan.
How is VAT applied?+
All prices exclude VAT. VAT treatment is shown on your manual invoice based on your location.
