After the trial, the organization owner can choose a plan and continue through secure Checkout in Settings → Billing. Plan changes, cancellation, reactivation, and payment management are handled there; other members can view billing but cannot change it.

Is Catalogix a PIM or ERP?

No. Catalogix is not a full PIM, ERP, inventory system, or purchasing platform. It focuses on supplier file comparison, product data cleanup, review workflows, and CSV exports.

Can Catalogix convert currencies?

Catalogix supports manual currency conversion before a Generic CSV export. You enter the source currency, target currency, and exchange rate; the conversion is applied to the exported file only. Stored product data is never modified. Always review converted prices before importing them into a live system.

Do not upload customer data, order data, employee data, payment data, or sensitive personal data. Catalogix is designed for supplier product, catalogue, and price files.
